Promo - FID-30R & FID-31R
The FID-30R and FID-31R are fiber identifiers, used for identifying the light power presence in optical fibers, they include three detecting functions: TONE, TRAFFIC, and ONU. The FID-30R also has a built-in optical power meter.
Both models include a trigger operated clamp to macro-bend the fiber in order to leak light which is then detected by two photo sensors. The fiber identifiers can detect the presence of several kinds of light signals and indicate signal directions. Other features of the battery-operated FID30R/FID31R include robust body design, status indicator and adjustable settings for result retaining, backlight brightness, auto-dimming and auto power off.
The fiber identifiers can be used for UV-coated fiber, 0.9mm diameter tight-buffered fiber, fiber cord up to 3mm in diameter, and fiber ribbon with up to 12 fibers.
- World's highest signal detection sensitivity
- ONU signal detecting function
- Trigger lock function for continuous fiber clamping
- 2.4" color LCD touch screen with backlight
- Universal fiber clamp design applicable for many types of fibers
News - Fujikura Active Blade Management
Together with Fujikura, Crosswise is stepping up the competition in the splicing machine market. The newest splicers continuously are upgraded with advanced technology.
Fujikura, once again, is leading the charge in innovation by introducing the state-of-the-art ABM (Active Blade Management) which connects the splicing machines 41S, 62S+, 70S+, 70R+ and the new 90S via Bluetooth with the CT50 Cleaver. This unique functionality tracks usage of the cleaver and enables automated blade rotation as needed. Discover how it works and all advantages of this brand new technology in the video below.
News - New 90S Core alignment splicer
The 90S is a core alignment fusion splicer setting a new standard in the market for fusion splicing. The 90S is packed with a whole host of new and enhanced features specifically developed with the objective of enabling the user to work faster with higher precision. Overall splice process time has been significantly reduced. This has been achieved with a combination of improvements to the reaction time of the automated wind protectors and automated heater, new fibre retention clamps, improved universal sheath clamps and a redesigned internal structure that matches the protection sleeve to the fusion splice point which enables splicing to be achieved without the need of the user to touch the 90S once the process has started.
